Social Media and Design Officer

Description

This position is responsible for executing the corporate communication & social media plan to ensure EarthLink’s communications are effective, targeted and credible. The position will generate, edit, publish the daily content on social media and setup company pages to ensure optimal image of EarthLink is maintained on the social media at all times.

Job Duties:

  • Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
  • Devise and monitor company CI formats of presentation, reports, logos, and memos….etc.
  • Ensure all corporate communication in the organization follow the approved standards.
  • Conduct regular audit for all corporate communications to ensure following the standards.
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a regular basis related to the company and ensure
  • Develop, implement, and monitor corporate social responsibility initiatives for the organization in collaboration with management and department heads.
  • Manage company profiles, giveaways, branded material, and all CI material related to the company.
  • Producing draft prototypes and engaging design solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to launch projects.
  • Producing content to be posted online.
  • increasing traffic and appealing to target audiences.

Requirements

  • BA in media or any related field.
  • (2-3) Years in corporate communication field.
