Description

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the partnership accounts management team to ensure achieving sales targets, customer acquisition and revenue growth as well as customer satisfaction rates. ensuring all customer requests are handled in a timely basis providing support to the team in prospecting, presentations, referrals, product demonstration. prepare sales forecasts and reports for upper management.

Job Duties:

  • Own partnership accounts relationships and responsible for meeting revenue objectives and meeting customer needs by assigning accounts to account managers to handle all customer requests.
  • Achieve Sales Target of Existing and new clients for the assigned team and client base and monitor performance of partnership accounts team regularly.
  • Resolve Issues with client for escalated tickets in coordination with back office team to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve growth in sales based on recommending new revenue streams and solutions and prospecting new business or managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Guide the team to initiate customer contacts/visits with existing and prospective customers to offer new products.
  • Guide the team to partner with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies and priorities in order to deliver value added services and products.
  • ·        Provide support to sales team, sales referrals, sales support, presentations, product demonstration, training and problem resolution.
  • Train all partnership account managers to provide the best customer service and product knowledge and solutions as well as identifying sales opportunities to present offers to the customers for (upgrade, open new sites, move the location, local or any kind of service).
  • Collaborate with the pricing team regarding the prices of products and offers.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue potential.
  • Review account billing status reports & coordinate with financial dep. 
  • Monitor the collection and billing process for the assigned teams ensuring timely and accurate invoices are submitted to finance with proper billing record keeping.
  • Receive all invoices and receipts, update database to track the payments and ensure proper data reporting.
  • Monitor collection of old dues cases.
  • follow up about contract renewals and new contract drafts as well as directing client legal inquiries to our legal department while investigating and looking up the feasibility of requested legal revisions.
  • Support daily business operations, including processing customer transactions.
  • Manage the work efforts and ensure efficient hiring, firing, performance appraisals, Responsible for coaching and developing direct report subordinates.
  • Organizing and preparing commissions for the sales teams monthly.
  • Organize the Sales Journey schedule and customer visits ensuring efficiency in resource utilization to achieve profitability targets.
  • Managing Sales team absences and replacements.

Staff Management/Internal Processes:

  • Recommend to sales manager performance level, Hiring, Firing, and Transfer of staff for the team.
  • Implement and Manage employee shifting schedules, daily activities.
  • Record daily the attendance records and ensure company policy is implemented.
  • Prepare and submit the daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports as per section guidelines.
  • Coordinate daily schedule of employee assignments and ensure performance meets SLAs.
  • Resolve all employee personnel inquiries, conflicts and grievances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology.
  • A minimum 3 Years’ experience in ISP or Telecom Sales, Commercial or Marketing Management Field.

Knowledge:

  • Good Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken
  • Good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with different groups of stakeholders.
  • Understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Understanding of Competition and product positioning.
  • Industry Prices Structure & Market Research    
  • Articulates client business value with consultative selling approaches
  • Must show effective negotiation and closing skills
  • Must have knowledge in the latest trends in the ISP industry to train others.
  • Understanding of Competition and product positioning.
  • Relationship based sales to major corporate customers.
  • Solid understanding of business products and services in the ISP industry.
  • Strong network amongst corporate buyers in the country.
  • Business acumen and exposure to all areas of the sales business model.
  • Implementing strategies for winning high volume key accounts.
  • Ability to strengthen relationships with key business clients
  • Must be willing to challenge the standard thinking with new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions.
  • Must have strong decision-making skills and the determination to see projects through to the end.
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership, management, and collaboration.
  • Must be self-directed and able to work independently.
