Description

The Product & Services Manager is responsible for driving the implementation and go-to-market strategy for the company's products and services. They will develop and articulate a clear product vision in collaboration with the Corporate Strategy team, focusing on compelling offerings based on B2C and B2B segmentation. The role involves identifying market opportunities, defining the product roadmap in alignment with business goals (particularly in financial services, cloud, security, and content), and designing strong go-to-market initiatives to lead the market and drive additional revenue for the company.

Job Duties:

Marketing Activities:

Oversee all P&S activities ensuring long term execution of the marketing plan.

Develop and execute comprehensive P&S plans and programs support sales and revenue.

Contribute to the overall top line growth of the organization through the development of P&S that continuously sustain growth and retain customers.

Product & Services Development

Follow up the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch.

Lead the Go-To Market activities based on P&S and related target segments.

Particular focus on Financial Services, Cloud Services, Security, Content, in collaboration with all other department of the company and optimizing efforts where the development is in advanced stages.

Develop and recommend P&S positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long term market share.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations.

Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Ensure products are developed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure successful product delivery.

Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, sales teams, and support teams.

Oversee and evaluate market insights in order to meet the changing in the market and competitive conditions.

Develop revenue and demand models profitability models per product/service.

Develop and close partnerships to enrich loyalty program.

Product Performance and Optimization:

Monitor and analyze product performance using key metrics and data.

Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance product performance.

Manage product lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and phase-outs.

Ensure all products and services comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Work with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory issues. People Management:

Build and develop a strong team through implementation of recruitment and development initiatives.

Coach, motivate and retain staff, develop individual as well as team capabilities. •Select and hire employees in the function, train and evaluate employees to enhance their performance, development, and work output.

Manage daily entry and accuracy of information in the system, ensure automation of processes to achieve efficiency.

Prepare the daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports as per department guidelines

Maintain the section electronic and manual archiving. •Guarantee high quality of internal administration, filing and traceability of all documents to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the department.

Manage the utilization of staff and workflow of processes, propose initiatives for improvement.

Coach and Train staff on new technologies and processes, continually improving the status quo.

Building a strong relationship with all other company’s departments and serve them.

Requirements

BA degree in any related field

MBA is preferred

A minimum 8-10 Years experience in P&S within any sector.
