Description

Talent Management Officer will support the implementation of talent management programs and process that drive company values, increase employee engagement, and accelerate performance to deliver business results. Include performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, career development, career pathing and other strategic projects. Execute and measure effectiveness of talent programs; partner and collaborate with talent team and business leaders to develop, communicate and implement programs and processes.

Duties

  • Acting as the focal point on specific talent management activities such as employee engagement surveys, and employer branding activities.
  • Help implement the work structure and job/role design to ensure maximum utilization of staff skills and abilities.
  • Assist in updating the manpower file in terms of career development demand and internal mobility for the company annually.
  • Conduct business case analysis and validation.
  • Assist implementing processes, programs and systems in support of talent management strategy ensuring superior customer experience, effectiveness, and efficiency. This includes understanding needs of stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, develop and manage project plans and schedules, and manage change associated with new processes and projects.
  • Administers talent management programs and systems according to defined strategy and plan, including the creation and delivery of key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and key stakeholders to facilitate implementation of talent management programs such as career pathing, talent calibration, and - succession planning.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to build strategies to increase internal mobility.
  • Coordinate with HR partners to identify opportunities and plan for future.
  • Support talent management projects and initiatives in areas such as succession planning, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, change management and organizational development.
  • Support and Assist in implementing talent and succession management programs to support business priorities.

Requirements

  • BA in Business Administration or any related field.
  • PHR/SHRM-CP, CIPD Level 3 is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 Years in HR.
