Cleaning & Hospitality Team Leader

Description
- Ensure proper service coverage and shifts related to gardening, hospitality and cleaning services.
- Ensure that all work procedures comply with the Company policy, goals and objectives.
- Monitor the compliance to the cleaning procedures and checklists.
- Take corrective actions for lack of compliance.
- Manage the administrative team effectively and resolve all conflicts.
- Coordinate the daily shifts by providing replacements and ensure the services of the Hospitality, Gardening and Cleaning teams is extended to all organization in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure communicating a clear cleaning process for office assistants and cleaners in all buildings.
- Following up on customer complaints related to cleaning and hospitality.
- Monitor the Administrative staff to ensure that they are complying with the hygiene and uniform standards, and to ensure that they are doing their duties to the fullest. Interfere when there is any problem to ensure that the highest employee satisfaction of administration department services.
- Conduct daily rounds on all buildings to check on following the cleaning procedures and the quality.
Staff Management/Internal Processes:
- Recommend to supervisor Hiring, Firing, and Transfer of staff to department manager.
- Prepare and manage employee shifting schedules, daily activities and distribution of resources among locations and projects.
- Monitor and record daily the attendance records and ensure company policy is implemented.
- Implement and Monitor Health and Safety Rules and ensure policy is implemented.
- Coordinate daily schedule of employee assignments and ensure performance meets SLAs.
Requirements
Diploma in a related field.
