Standardization Engineer

Description

This role involves documentation for ISO standards, TM Forum best practices, and internal policies. It includes supporting process improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance, and providing ongoing support to all employees.

Job Duties

Standardization Implementation & Support:

  • Maintain documentation related to ISO standards, TM Forum best practices, and internal policies and procedures.
  • Support in identifying areas for process improvement across departments.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives as directed, utilizing tools like Lean Six Sigma.
  • Assist with data collection and analysis for KPI reporting related to standardization initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support to employees regarding compliance with established policies and procedures.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and reflects current ISO standards, TM Forum best practices, and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Gather relevant documentation required by both external and internal auditing teams.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Assist in fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • ·Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across departments, keeping them informed about standardization progress and addressing concerns.
  • Prepare communication materials and presentations to keep employees informed about standardization efforts.
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings related to standardization and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, or any related degree.
  • (1+) Years of Experience in Process Development, Change Management, or in any related field.

Knowledge

  • Good Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken.
  • Good computer skills and experience using spreadsheet, charting, and other software tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with TM Forum best practices and frameworks
  • Familiarity with ISO (27001 and 9001) standards
  • Good knowledge of process development and improvement concepts
  • Proficiency in the use of Visual Paradigm software
  • Proficiency in BPML (Business Process Modeling Language)
