Description

This position is responsible for managing the product and business development activities by bridging the gap between technical capabilities and the business unit demands and end client requirements.

The candidate should run a data analytics exercise via data elicitation process through direct contact with the key stakeholders including the customer (workshop, requirement gathering meeting) and also from sales manager to assess the business needs.

Number of outcomes will be generated from the business management process BMP such as (Generate Business Requirement Document BRD) that will be handed over to the to the product development team for deployment.

He/she shall be responsible on building and developing Demo tools for the products (solution) in the company products/ services catalogue, in order to meet the firm strategic objectives and customer needs. 

Job Duties:

  • Analyzing business needs generated from the approved business case (problem / opportunity statement) and run a complete data elicitation process to generate a detailed requirement (BRD Document) for the technical team to design the technical solutions along with fulfilling the transition requirements.
  • Communicate with the SMEs (end users) and review solutions progress based on given requirements.
  • Deliver findings and propose solutions based on requirements gathering from stakeholders’ meetings.
  • Translate business requirements into solution requirements as well as business requirements and differentiate from the project requirements and quality requirements.
  • Build full a wireframe (MVP) of the proposed solution from scratch as per project requirements.
  • Enhance the cross functional business process analysis across departments in order to reach to the optimal solution (proposing alternative solutions) and implement in a timely manner with the close coordination with the project manager.
  • Review with the business owner the detailed requirements ensuring identifying all stakeholders required to be involved and ensuring collection of requirements from all stakeholders of the process.
  • Participate in the development of organization processes, dataflow diagrams, and flowcharts.
  • Participate in the preparation of data models, i.e. data requirements presented as a documented data model.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and solutions design, based on meetings with stakeholders.
  • Design and develop business process management diagrams (BPM), Functional Requirement Specification (FRS), and Demo.
  • Perform user product acceptance testing to ensure new features are bug-free.
  • Document system features and changes.
  • Ensure resolution of obstacles resulting from interpreting business requirements into technologies.
  • Participate in continuous innovation of data and reporting solutions to deliver actionable business insights and effective products delivery.
  • Participate in the preparation of business cases, and financial analysis containing shareholder's risk.
  • Participate in the preparation of roadmaps and strategic plans along with a complete traceability in the benefit realization life cycle.
  • Train end-users on system features and platforms as part the transition requirements.
  • Expand the working areas that cross-functional between business needs and product owners.
  • Identify future opportunities (add on sales) during the solution release stage.
  • Improve an organization’s change management ability to deliver integrated products/services and broaden the perspective of team members by having oversight from managers that sit in different contexts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or any related degree.
  • PMP (Must)
  • PBA, CPAB (Preferred)
  • (3+) Years related hands-on experience and/or coursework in business analyst and project managements
  • Any experience in Data statistics and financial background (Preferred)
