Description
The Network Operations Governance Engineer is responsible for follow up the operational activities for the organization’s operation departments and for the field maintenance contractors including follow up day by day operations performance trend , problems reporting and solving and Audit fulfillment of Delivery of maintenance projects for corrective and preventive maintenance.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
ITIL is a must.
Six Sigma (Preferred)
1 Years’ experience in Network Type of role.
Good experience with operations management in the telecom field.
Good knowledge of project and workflow managements mythologies and related tools.
Good knowledge and understanding of the how the ISP network work
Good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Email)
Able to analyze problems and conduct effective fault diagnosis and system recovery
Ability to coordinate with team and other departments.
