Description

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing IAM team, designing, implementing, and maintaining effective IAM processes and controls to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's systems and data. Collaborate closely with other teams and business stakeholders to deliver robust and efficient IAM solutions.

Job Duties:

Infrastructure Administration and Documentation:

  • Manage the documentation and administration of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of IAM systems through appropriate audit controls and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM requirements, assess risks, and design appropriate access control mechanisms.
  • Drive the resolution of IAM-related incidents and problems, ensuring timely and effective response, escalation, and resolution.

User and Role Management:

  • Manage users and roles within IPA/AD (Identity Policy and Audit/Active Directory) systems in alignment with company policies.
  • Provide guidance regarding changes to the directory schema.

Account Provisioning and Management:

  • Develop user management and provisioning processes to streamline operations.
  • Oversee the provisioning and modifying of user/service accounts and profiles.

Permissions and Access Control:

  • Maintain a comprehensive list of users, services, roles, and their associated permissions.
  • Create and maintain access/group policies in the various systems integrated with the IAM environment.
  • Ensure a smooth transaction of accesses and permissions for new organizational structures and re-structuring.

Staff Management/Internal Processes:

  • Recommend to supervisor performance level, hiring, firing, and transferring staff for the team.
  • Implement and manage employee shifting schedules and daily activities.
  • Prepare and submit the daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports as per section guidelines.
  • Coordinate daily schedule of employee assignments and ensure performance meets SLAs.
  • Resolve all employee personnel inquiries, conflicts and grievances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related degree.
  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) (Must).
  • Microsoft Certified System Associate (MCSA) (Preferred).
  • (5+) Years in IT or related fields.
